Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were spacious and very clean, the proximity to the noisy air conditioning duct outside our window was a major downside. On the bright side, it was conveniently located within walking distance to many places and the main subway systems.
The hotel was decent overall. The rooms were clean, but still had a lingering cigarette smell with visible burns on the floor. Privacy could be an issue with direct views into our room. The service was exceptional, particularly thanks to Daniel at the front desk. The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from Times Square. The dining was pleasant but a bit overpriced, especially for smaller portions. Facilities were basic but satisfactory for a short stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for a short visit. Although small, they were well-decorated and spotless. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Broadway and nearby restaurants. However, luxury items added hefty charges to the bill.
The hotel is perfectly located just off Times Square, offering a convenient spot for exploring the city. The rooms were noted to be very clean and spacious, accommodating families with ease. However, the bed size was smaller than expected and not very comfortable, leading to a less relaxing sleep experience.
I had a good stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location was excellent, just off Times Square, making it convenient to explore the city. The dining experience was pleasant, although I missed having breakfast in the restaurant. The facilities were well-maintained, contributing to an overall positive experience.
The hotel is close to Times Square, clean, tidy, with great staff, but the room size was a major downside for the high price paid.
My stay at the hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The location was superb, just a short walk from Times Square and with convenient dining options nearby. The rooms, although a bit small, provided good amenities and a comfortable bed. The service was outstanding, with the staff being very helpful and accommodating. However, the lingering cigarette smell in the room was a downside that affected my stay.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, just steps away from Times Square and close to great shopping spots like Macy's. The room on the 17th floor was incredible, offering stunning views. The free Wi-Fi provided added convenience, although having a refrigerator in the room would have been even better.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was amazing, putting me close to Broadway and the restaurants I wanted to visit, but the room was a letdown with cleanliness issues and loud external noises. The service was efficient and helpful, compensating for some room discomforts.
My stay at the hotel was quite satisfying overall. The rooms, though on the smaller side and a bit pricey, were kept clean daily by the friendly staff. However, there was a unpleasant smell when the heat was on. The service was exceptional, with staff being very friendly and accommodating, even helping us store our luggage safely when needed. The location was extremely convenient, just off Times Square, making our weekend trip easy and enjoyable. The dining experience, although in a bistro next door, was not the best value for money. The facilities were adequate, but nothing extraordinary.
The hotel was overall clean and tidy, close to Times Square with excellent staff, but the room size was a major drawback, especially considering the price paid. Additionally, noise from neighboring air conditioners and a loud bar nearby affected the stay negatively.
The hotel is ideally located near Times Square and is perfect for sightseeing. The service was welcoming and helpful, and the dining exceeded our expectations. However, the rooms were noisy and in bad condition, and the hotel was under scaffolding during our visit.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a bit smaller than expected, lacking a chair, desk, and robes. The bathroom was tiny, making it inconvenient if someone was showering. Despite the room size, the hotel's cleanliness, tidiness, and proximity to Times Square stood out. The staff was great, but considering the price paid of £900 for 3 nights, the room size was a drawback.
The hotel rooms were a nice size, especially for NYC, clean and comfortable, making you feel like you're in a 5-star hotel. However, they are smaller than they appear in the pictures, and the elevators are quite small. The service was nice, especially considering we were with a large group; the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy working together and were very friendly and accommodating, even going above and beyond to assist with luggage storage. The location was the hotel's greatest asset, being very close to Times Square, the Theater District, and good restaurants. The dining options were good, with a bistro next door as part of the hotel offering satisfying meals. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great location.
The hotel is close to Times Square and offers a great location for exploring the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the room size is quite small for the price paid.
